MyDawami Account and Data Deletion

MyDawami provides users with the ability to permanently delete their account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

Users can delete their account directly within the MyDawami mobile application:

  1. Sign in to MyDawami.
  2. Navigate to Profile.
  3. Select Delete Profile.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

What Data Is Deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:

  • User profile information
  • Contact details
  • Login credentials
  • User-generated account data
  • Other personal information associated with the account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable laws, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes.

Retention Period

Any retained information is stored only for the period required by law or legitimate business obligations and is deleted thereafter.
